The Afro-Tech Girls Project 100 for 100 Scholarship 2026 is now accepting applications from eligible female students studying STEM-related courses in public tertiary institutions across Nigeria.
Through this initiative, 100 young women will receive ₦100,000 each to support their educational journey and help them pursue careers in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).
The scholarship is organised by Afro-Tech Girls, a Nigerian non-profit organisation focused on increasing the participation of girls and young women in STEM education and careers.
Afro-Tech Girls works to inspire and equip girls and young women with STEM skills, education, mentorship and opportunities. The organisation has previously implemented scholarship initiatives aimed at helping female STEM students overcome financial barriers to education.
The Project 100 for 100 Scholarship is designed to provide financial assistance to female students who are currently pursuing STEM-related degrees in Nigerian public tertiary institutions.
Eligibility Requirements
To apply for the Afro-Tech Girls Project 100 for 100 Scholarship, applicants must meet the following requirements:
-Must be a female student.
-Must be enrolled in a public tertiary institution in Nigeria, including:
Federal universities or institutions
State universities or institutions
Polytechnics
-Must be currently residing in Nigeria.
-Must be studying towards a STEM-related degree or programme.
Must have a minimum academic standing of Second Class Lower Division (2:2) or its equivalent.
