Applications are open for the 2026 Cascador Scale-Up program. Cascador Scale up program is designed for high impact growth stage Startups operating in Sub-Saharan Africa with preference for Nigerian based ventures and recommendations from Cascador trusted partners, faculty, and advisors .
The Cascador ScaleUp program is a 12-Week leadership and business development experience designed for growth stage founders building companies with real traction. The program includes a deep dive analysis of your company, participation by your leadership team in select sessions and activities, and introductions and advisory support personalized for your growth-stage venture.
Benefits:
-12-Week Experience including In-person and virtual learning sessions.
-All Expense Travel covered including Air Tickets, Lodging and Meals.
-$5,000 Stipend offering Personal development for each participating founder.
-$50,000 in Prizes to be won at “Pitch Day” to recognize standout founders
-Catalytic Fund Eligibility: Eligibility to apply for the Cascador Catalytic Fund which deploys up to $2Million – $5Million in USD annually.
Eligibility:
- Operations: 2+ years in operations (consideration given to startups if other performance metrics are very strong)
- Traction: Proven market traction (average cohort company revenue is equivalent to $70,000 USD/year)
- Location: Based or operating in Sub-Saharan Africa with preference for Nigerian based ventures and recommendations from Cascador trusted partners, faculty and advisors. However, the organization gives more Preference to companies making a strong social impact.
