‎Organized by AFS Youth Assembly with generous support from the Sir Cyril Taylor Charitable Foundation, this third edition will select 10 outstanding leaders aged 18–35 who are driving sustainable development in their communities.
‎
‎Africa’s youthful population with around 70% under 30, represents enormous potential for solving local and global challenges. The program invests in that potential by equipping emerging leaders with skills, networks, seed funding, and global exposure so they can scale impact aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
‎
‎Previous cohorts have drawn leaders from Uganda, Kenya, Nigeria, Mali, South Africa, Ghana, Malawi, and Namibia. The second edition alone received nearly 6,000 applications, underscoring the program’s growing reach and competitiveness.
